Organize PDF pages with thumbnail previews

Review each PDF page as a thumbnail while reordering, deleting, or rotating pages in 90-degree steps. Your PDF is not uploaded to the server; processing is performed in your browser.

How to use

  1. Add one PDF file.
  2. Review the thumbnails and reorder pages by dragging on a computer or by using Move earlier and Move later.
  3. Rotate pages left or right and delete pages you do not need.
  4. Select multiple pages to rotate or delete them together.
  5. Select Save organized PDF, then download the result when processing is complete.

Multiple selection and undo

Use the checkbox on each page to select multiple pages. Selected pages can be rotated left, rotated right, or deleted together. Immediately after deleting pages, Undo restores the most recent deletion. Reset all restores page order, rotation, and deleted pages to the state when the PDF was loaded.

Thumbnail rendering and output quality

PDF.js renders thumbnails lazily as pages approach the visible area. When saving, pdf-lib copies the source PDF pages into a new document and applies the chosen order and rotation instead of rebuilding pages as images. The organizer does not intentionally downsample or recompress pages just to edit their order.

Compatibility and limits

For browser stability, files are limited to 80 MB and 300 pages. Password-protected and encrypted PDFs are not supported. Digital signatures cannot remain valid signatures of the edited document, and document-level features such as bookmarks, attachments, and forms may not be preserved exactly.

FAQ

Are PDF files uploaded to a server?

No. Reading the PDF, rendering thumbnails, organizing pages, and creating the result all happen in your browser. The PDF itself is not uploaded to tools.yayao.site. PDF.js and pdf-lib are loaded from an external CDN when needed.

Can I reorder pages on a phone?

Yes. Use Move earlier and Move later to change page order. On a computer, you can also drag thumbnail cards to reorder them.

Can I rotate multiple pages at once?

Yes. Select pages with their checkboxes, then use Rotate selected left or Rotate selected right to rotate them together in 90-degree steps.

Can I undo deleted pages?

Yes. Undo restores the most recent deletion. Reset all restores the original page order, rotations, and deleted pages. At least one page must remain in the PDF, so deleting every page is not allowed.

Does reordering or rotating reduce PDF quality?

The tool does not render pages as images for the saved PDF or intentionally lower their quality. It copies source pages into a new PDF and applies the chosen order and rotation.

Can I organize a PDF with more than 300 pages?

This tool is limited to 300 pages to keep thumbnail rendering and browser memory usage manageable. For larger PDFs, split the document first with the PDF splitter and page extractor.

Can I organize password-protected PDFs?

No. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are not supported. Remove the protection first, then use the unlocked PDF.

What happens to digital signatures and bookmarks?

Reordering, deleting, or rotating pages changes the document, so a signature on the source PDF cannot remain a valid signature of the edited document. Document-level features such as bookmarks, attachments, and forms may not be preserved exactly.
