What is a life timeline?
This tool places selected events between your birth date and today beside your exact age on each date. The focus is not an exhaustive history, but a clear answer to “How old was I then?”
How events are selected
The static collection covers widely recorded turning points in Japan, world affairs, science and technology, culture and society, and sports. Major events is the concise default; More detail also includes memorable contextual milestones. It does not include every news story or future scheduled events.
How age is calculated
Age is calculated from the complete event date, including whether the event occurred before or after your birthday that year. It is not simply the event year minus the birth year.
Sources
Each Source link leads to a reference from a public body, the organization involved, an international institution, a museum, or another established reference. Descriptions are short original summaries.
Privacy
Your date of birth is not sent anywhere. Age calculations and filtering run in your browser, and no external news API is used.
